Unlike other fundraising services, where you could be waiting weeks or months to receive your funds, there is no waiting around with Charity Hive! As we use your own payment gateway account, funds are deposited directly to you when a donor pays or donates.
Gift Aid opt-in is available for donors and Gift Aid reports can be generated for manual submission to HMRC for processing. Donation reports, including supporter contact information, gross and net donations can also be exported.
There are no limitations with Charity Hive. You can have as many events, pages, news items, shop products, auction lots, fundraisers or users as you require.
The donation process is easy, secure and allows your donors to either give a one-off donation via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or setup and manage a recurring monthly donation. Donors can leave a public viewable message or remain completely anonymous.
If your charity is organising its own fundraising events, then you can create entries with their own specific options, such as entry fee, minimum fundraising target, maximum capacity, team creation and more.
Your supporters can create their own fundraising events, and they have the ability to raise money for any event - e.g. London Marathon, triathlon, bike ride or walk, ask friends for donations rather than birthday or wedding gifts, pay tribute to a loved one by collecting donations for a cause they cared about and anything else...
Whether your supporters have registered for one of your official events, or they’ve created their own; they will have their personal customisable fundraising page, which will allow others to donate direct and leave messages of support. This ensures that all fundraising efforts are in one central location and your users have the ability to share their unique website URL address pages across social media or send to family, friends and colleagues via email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.

Sell tickets for your events, such as a Gala Dinner, with the ability to set a maximum capacity with “Sold Out” handling to prevent over booking. Create multiple options, prices for individual tickets or discounted for multiple “table of 10” pricing structures.
The lead booking user has the option to add guest names and dietary requirements so there is no need to chase for these and you'll be able to complete your guest list well in advance of the actual event!
Discount coupon codes can be created and assigned to events, tickets and shop purchases. Each coupon has a number of options, such as a flat rate or percentage, expiry date, number of times it can be used and more
Ticketed events have an optional ticket system built in, and once enabled on a event-by-event basis, you will be able to automatically issue a downloadable PDF to all ticket purchasers. Each ticket carries a unique QR code (Quick Response code) which can be scanned at the event in order to allow entry and to build your attendance list/register.
Sell your official merchandise as standalone products via the online shop, or up-sell when users are registering for an event, such as event specific t-shirts, running bibs, bags, mugs, etc.
Where required, we also have preferred suppliers who will be able to fulfil orders for you, so rather than you having to keep large amounts of stock, each order can be fulfilled as and when they are received.

The Auction feature of Charity Hive enables you to create online auction lots, giving you another way to raise more funds for your charity. Watch it all happen in real time via the Admin Suite! Review all bids that have been placed on an item and view the details of each bidder.
If you have been given signed memorabilia or a “money can’t buy” experience, then add it to the site and promote to your supporters through an email campaign or via social media.
Features include starting bid, reserve price, auction duration and more. Run one lot, or have several at a time - it’s entirely up to you!
Your users will then bid until the end of the auction time, with email notifications along the way and the winner then paying through the system.
Once you've setup your raffle, your donors can purchase as many tickets as they want and as we're completely online, all tickets are randomly generated and issued via email.
If your draw has multiple prizes (or even just one), you can add in each of the prizes with an image, description and the details of the person/company that may have donated the prize.
An automated draw takes place utilising a Random Number Generator, which has been tested and approved by an independent, third party test house.
